Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Sale items, gift cards, free or promotional (gift with purchase) items, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return. 

Moon and Star will not accept any returns after 14 days. Once your item has been received and reviewed, you will receive store credit via email. 

Store credit never expires. 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered or that fall underneath the aforementioned items that are ineligible for returns. 

PLEASE NOTE: Your store credit will include the cost for the item(s) only. Not original shipping fees. 

We do not offer free returns at this time, thus return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on orders that are: 

  • Refused by the customer at the time of delivery or 
  • Returned due to an undeliverable address

DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED ITEMS

Defective/damaged items must be reported within 2 days of package receipt, if not reported we will not issue store credit. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it. 

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size (if still available). Please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to info@moonandstarboutique.com — we will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping for all U.S orders $99+. Flat rate shipping is $7.95 for all domestic orders totaling less than $99. 

Expedited Shipping is available for $10.95 per order

We offer FREE expedited shipping for all U.S order $200+

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days via USPS.

Domestic expedited shipping can take up to 2-3 business days via USPS.

DOMESTIC: If you haven't received your item after 30 days please contact us. All our orders come with tracking and we only work with trusted suppliers.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. (Add in other shipping carriers such as UPS or FedEx if you will offer it).

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

What if I am not at home for the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you can then collect your package at the designated post office. 

Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.

Please review your shipping address when placing your order. 

We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. Moon and Star is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
